Fish grills with creamy mash

A quick fish dish which is tasty great for the whole family.
4 chunky white fish fillets
Oil, for brushing
3 potatoes, peeled cut into chunks
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
2 spring onions, optional sliced
Lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat the grill to high and lightly oil a large shallow heatproof dish.
Arrange the fillets in the dish, spaced apart, and drizzle them with a little oil.
Grill for 5 minutes and the skins crisp.
Remove the dish from the grill, turn the fish over and top each fillet with a scatter of spring onion and season with salt and pepper.
Return to the grill for 2 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
Serve over the mashed potatoes with some lovely green vegetables on the side.
