Fruit and cream cheese dip

This dip is perfect for spreading on bite-sized slices of toast to be used as nibbles at a party
200g cream cheese
Handful raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, you can substitute the berries for other fruits if you like
100g marshmallow cream
1 large baguette, sliced
Combine the marshmallow cream with the cream cheese using a food processor. If you don’t have a food processor, simply mix well with a fork.
Pour in the berries and pulse for a about 5 seconds. You can process until it is smooth or leave it lumpy if you like.
Serve with the bread.
