Fruit cake with just 4 ingredients

This fruit only uses four ingredients that you probably already have in your store cupboards.
500g mixed fruit: raisins, cherries, blueberries
250ml pure orange juice
250g self-raising flour
1 heaped tbsp nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 170°C/ 325°F/ gas 3. Line a 20cm cake tin with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine your mixed fruit and orange juice. Leave to soak for a few hours in the fridge, preferably overnight.
When ready, sift the self-raising flour into the mix and add the nutmeg. Make sure it is well mixed.
Spoon into the prepare cake tin and place in the oven for 100minutes.
To test if it is cooked, insert a clean skewer into the centre of the cake and if it comes out clean it is ready.
