This delicious mango and orange breakfast smoothie will keeping you going until lunch.
3 grapefruits
3 oranges
1 mango
2 apples
250ml orange juice
Peel all your fruit and place in a blender.
Pour in your orange jucie and blend until smooth.
You can strain the juice to remove any lumps.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
