Ham and egg cones
Ham and eggs are such a protein packed duo. These snacks are easy to make and kids will love them.
 

2 eggs

1 tbsp water

10g butter

1 whole meal tortilla, quartered

4 slices ham

Flat parsley, optional for garnish

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Whisk eggs and water in a bowl.

Melt the butter in a pan until foaming, but not burning.

Add the egg mixture and cook, without stirring, for 20 seconds.

Use a flat-edged wooden spoon to push mixture from one side of the pan to the other.

Repeat every 10 seconds until the egg mixture is three-quarters cooked.

Remove from heat and place on a chopping board.

Take the tortilla and lay out the cooked egg mixture on top, then a slice of ham.

Roll to form a cone, cut on the diagonal into portions and serve.
