This friendly recipe feels like a real treat

1 BFree multigrain wrap

1 bacon medallion

50g mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp tomato puree

40g reduced fat cheddar

1 egg, beaten

Cook the bacon and the mushroom using Fry light. 

Heat the oven to 200°C. Spread tomato puree on half the wrap, leaving the edges out, then top with the cooked chopped bacon and mushrooms and finally the cheese. Brush the edges with the beaten egg, then close the wrap and brush the top with the egg. Crimp the edges of the wrap with a fork then place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Eat immediately with a side of salad.
