Honey and tofu noodles

You can substitute the tofu with chicken or beef.
250g Singapore noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
150g tofu, chopped into large chunks
20ml soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 onions, finely sliced
Fresh coriander to garnish
Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok on a medium heat and add in the tofu. Cook until golden in colour.
Mix together soy and honey in a small bowl then add to the wok.
Cook for about 5 minutes before tossing in the noodles.
Make sure it is piping hot before serving.
