Milky avocado juice

Avocado is not only delicious, it also has amazing health benefits including reducing cholesterol.
1 ripe avocado
200ml almond milk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sugar
Handful of ice cubes
Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the insides and place into a blender. Pour in the almond milk and pulse for a few minutes.
Add the honey, sugar and ice. Pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and serve.
