No bake chocolate cake
It can’t get much easier, this no bake chocolate treat is a must try.
 

150g milk chocolate, broken into pieces

150g plain chocolate, broken into pieces

100g unsalted butter

50g golden syrup

150g sultanas

150g ready-to-eat prunes, chopped

75g pistachios

200g shortbread, roughly crushed

Mini chocolate Easter eggs, to decorate

Line a 900g loaf tin with two layers of cling film, leaving excess hanging over the sides.

Put the chocolate and butter into a large, microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 second bursts until melted and smooth.

Stir in the syrup, fruit and nuts.

Next, carefully fold in the shortbread.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, scatter over the mini eggs and freeze for 2 hours or chill in the fridge until set (about 5hrs).

Remove from the freezer or fridge 20 minutes before cutting into slices.
