Paletas

Mexican ice pops or paletas as they are known are a favourite frozen treat. You can experiment with your own flavours.
230ml water
100g white sugar
4 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
15 Ice pop moulds
Heat a small saucepan over a medium temperature.
Add your water and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool.
Blend your avocados, lime and lemon together in a blender. Process until smooth.
Combine your sugar mix with your blended avocado.
Divide evenly between your ice pop moulds.
Place in the freezer for a day.
