Pico de gallo

Feel free to mess around with the amount of chilli in this recipe, depending on how much of a kick you want your salsa to have.
3 vine or plum tomatoes
½ a red onion
1 green chilli
1 lime
Fresh coriander
Wash and dice the tomatoes. Add these to a bowl.
Finely dice the onion and green chilli. Add these to the bowl and mix with the tomatoes.
Chop a generous bunch of coriander (again fine) and add to the mixture.
Halve the lime and squeeze the juice over your veggie mix. Add salt to taste.
