Salmon, broccoli and potato gratin

Lovely, warming fish bake which is a perfect family meal for cold evenings.
1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges
1 bunch broccoli, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Black pepper, to taste
500g salmon fillets, cut into large chunks
250ml sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
75g Parmesan cheese, grated
In a steamer , over a pan of boiling water, steam the potatoes for about 10 minutes until almost tender.
Add the broccoli to the steamer, along with the potatoes and steam for a further 4 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes and broccoli to an ovenproof baking dish and toss with the butter, lemon juice and ½ tsp salt and black pepper.
Place the pieces of salmon in between the broccoli and potatoes.
In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mustard and the remaining ½ tsp salt. Spoon this mixture over the potatoes, broccoli and salmon. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Place under the grill for 10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve warm.
