Simple chicken kebabs
Perfect for a Saturday afternoon snack. 

3 large chicken breast fillets, cut in half

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp red chilli

Juice of one lime

If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to avoid splintering.

Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add chicken and stir until the chicken is fully coated.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Place chicken onto skewers.

Heat grill to high heat and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
