Snicker bar brownies
Chocolate and peanut butter heaven, these Snicker cupcakes are divine and easy to make.
 

115g unsalted butter

115g unsweetened chocolate

240g granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

2 large eggs

55g self-raising flour

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.

Place butter and chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.

Stir frequently until the mixture is melted.

Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the sugar, vanilla and salt.

Add the eggs one at a time, stirring until each is combined before adding the next.

Stir in flour and beat with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute.

Scrape the batter into the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the brownie starts to pull away from the sides of pan.

Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
