Spicy prawn canapés

Lovely fresh spicy prawns with spinach leaves make lovely looking canapés.
150g prawns, cooked and thawed
Zest and juice 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ finely chopped chilli
2 tsp grated fresh root ginger
1 tsp clear honey
Marinate the prawns for 20 mins-1 hour in all of the ingredients with exception to the spinach leaves.
To serve, lay each prawn on a baby spinach leaf and wrap then thread through a cocktail stick.
