Sugared strawberries with rose cream

1 punnet of strawberries
250ml of cream
1-2 tsp of rose water, to taste
Icing sugar
Remove tops of the strawberries and halve. Divide the fruit between four bowls.
Add 1 tsp of rose water to the cream and whip with an electric mixer until it makes soft peaks.
Taste and add more rose water if needed. Whip to a medium stiffness.
Add a dollop of the cream to each bowl, sieve icing sugar over the top and serve.
