Dad trying to teach his daughter how to play ‘hide and seek’ turns into an epic FAIL

 

La Guardia Cross has been spending his time vehemently trying to teach his two-year-old how to play the classic ‘hide and seek’ game.

 

But it just isn’t going according to plan.

 

His two-year-old daughter Amalah just doesn’t get the whole ‘hide’ part of the game, leaving her with a lot to learn before she hits school-going age.

 

 

This is my daughter pretending to be surprised. Hopefully this gift will give her a reason NOT to draw on other things. The drawings that look too clean were drawn by Mommy, who'd love a table like this too.

And while they were practicing one day, La Guardia caught the whole thing on camera.

 

At first, Amalah runs to her dad from her hiding spot to tell him he has to find her, before La Guardia even counts to 10!

 

In the hilarious video, we can even hear Amalah counting to ten with her dad, giving away her hiding spot by the sound of her voice.

 

 

The tot even stands beside her dad instead of hiding, but upon the sixth take, we somehow thought she had finally got the hang of it as Dad eventually got to the number 10.

 

Well, it was a short lived thought, because La Guardia forgot to say ‘here we come’ when he got to 10 so Amalah chipped in instead!
