Asparagus and Apple Purée 
Babies are born with a sweet tooth, and by combining sweet with savoury your baby is more likely to accept new tastes such as asparagus. 
 

1 apple

Handful of asparagus

Wash, peel and chop the apple and asparagus. 

Place the apple and asparagus in a steamer, and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender and cooked through. 

Purée or mash, adding some boiled water if it is not runny enough. 

Store in your Babypotz, freeze, and use within one month.
