Avocado frozen yoghurt

This frozen yoghurt is so easy to make and you don't even need an ice-cream maker.
4 ripe avocados
150g sugar
350g natural yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Prepare a large plastic, freezer-friendly tray.
Slice the avocados in half and take out the pit.
Roughly chop and place in a food processor
Spoon in the sugar, yogurt and lemon juice.
Process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the flat freezer dish. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 2 hours until solid.
Remove from freezer and place in the food processor. Blend until soft but don’t let it thaw.
Return to freezer for another 2 hours and repeat the process.
Serve.
