Baked Camembert and cranberries

This easy no fuss recipe crams loads of flavour in one melted bite.
1 x Camembert
3 garlic cloves, crushed with the back of a knife
Sprig rosemary, cut into 3 pieces
Small handful cranberries
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Make 3 large slits on top of the cheese and put a clove of garlic and a piece of rosemary in each slit.
Scatter over some cranberries.
Wrap up the cheese in tin foil and place in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey all the way through.
Serve immediately, with a selection of crackers or rustic crusty bread.
