Cinnamon porridge with banana and berries
Kickstart your morning with this super healthy breakfast

100g porridge oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4 tsp demerara sugar

450ml skimmed milk

3 bananas, sliced

400g punnet strawberries, hulled and halved

150g pot fat-free natural yoghurt

In a saucepan, combine the oats, cinnamon, sugar, milk and half the sliced bananas. Bring to the boil, stirring every now and then. Reduce the heat and cook for about 4-5 mins, stirring constantly.

Take off the heat and pour into 4 bowls, top with the rest of the  banana, strawberries, a spoonful of yogurt and a little cinnamon.
