Cobb salad wraps

The delicious flavours of a cobb salad in a wrap.
200g lettuce
225g turkey slices
4 slices crisp-cooked bacon, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
4 scallions, chopped
150g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 25cm tortillas
Combine lettuce, turkey, bacon, eggs, scallions, tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl.
Add olive oil and lemon juice, toss to coat.
Lay 1 tortilla out on a work surface.
Lay a couple of tablespoons of the salad mix onto the centre of the wrap.
Fold up the ends and roll up tightly.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Slice each wrap in half and serve.
