Eggs mimosa is a perfect party food that guests will love nibbling on. Mix other ingredients with your yolk to make them your own.
12 eggs, peeled
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp chilli powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to season
Paprika, for garnish
Cook your 12 eggs in a pot of water until they are hardboiled.
Once cooked remove the shell and slice them lengthways.
Pop out the yolk being careful not to break the white part.
Combine the yolk with the relish, mustard, cayenne pepper, and chilli in a medium-sized bowl. Season with the salt and pepper.
Carefully fill each egg with the yolk mixture. Garnish with the paprika.
Chill in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight if possible
