Parmesan and parsnip crisps with garlic

These ultimate savoury crisps are delicious and easy to make.
2 parsnips, washed and peeled
1 garlic clove/sliced thinly
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Peel the parsnips.
Cut the ends and tips of the parsnips and slice in half.
Take the halved parsnips and thinly slice them.
Add in the olive oil, pepper and garlic along with the parsnips and mix well.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and sprinkle on the cheese.
Bake for a further 5 minutes to allow the cheese to go golden.
Allow to cool before serving or putting in plastic sealed bags for lunches.
