Pasta salad

This pasta salad is so easy to whip up and tastes delicious cold.
400g macaroni pasta
Handful corn
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 onion, finely sliced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Handful cup fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to your liking
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Cook them until they are al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
In a separate pot cook the corn for 5 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
When it is cool pour the pasta into a large bowl and add the corn and peppers. Stir to combine.
Add the chopped tomatoes and onion. Spoon in the mayonnaise making sure the pasta and veggies are coated.
Garnish with the basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
