Tuna and avocado on toast

Tuna is a great source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids and this toast topping is so easy.
4 slices wholemeal bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp butter
1 tin tuna
Handful grated cheese
Place the bread in the toaster.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Cut into slices.
Drain the tuna and pour into a bowl.
When the toast has popped, generously spread butter over the 4 slices.
Spread the tuna over each slice of toast and top with the avocado. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
