Wild rice and cherry tomato salad

This salad is so easy and you can add chicken or beef if you like to fill it up.
400g wild rice
1 yellow pepper, finely sliced
1 chilli, finely sliced
1 red onion, cut
Salt and pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp basil
6/7 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp sesame oil
Cook the wild rice according to packet instructions.
About 5 minutes before the end of cooking time add the pepper, chilli and onion.
Drain off the water and pour the rice into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the herbs over it and toss with the cherry tomatoes and sesame oil.
Serve.
