A jaw-dropping video of a toddler being encouraged to smoke a cigarette by adults has gone viral as people register their horror and disgust.
The video, shared by LiveLeak, shows a toddler picking up a lit cigarette and being egged on by laughing adults off screen to smoke it. It’s not known who the adults are - whether they are the boy’s parents or other relations or babysitters.
It’s claimed the video is from Russia where children smoking is a big issue, but very little is known about the video or who is responsible.
