Harmonie-Rose Allen had a particularly awful case of meningitis but managed to survive.

She was struck down last September, but managed to survive, due the relief of her parents Freya Hall and Ross Allen.

Sadly however, the two-year-old lost both her arms and legs to the disease, as well as the tip of her nose.

Now, her parents are faced with helping her deal with her situation, and the little one seems to be getting on pretty well.

It’s partly thanks to a specially-made doll who has matching amputations and prosthetics.

“She loves it and she says 'she's like me mummy!’” Freya told The Mirror, adding that they hope the doll – named Rebecca - encourages her to use her own prosthetics “because she’s not the only one.”
