Kids love this recipe for baked eggs and they love helping to make it even more!
1 slice of ham, chopped
8 small spinach leaves
8 cherry tomatoes
4 eggs
25g cheese
Salt and pepper to season
Parsley, to garnish
Preheat the oven to 170°C / 325°F / Gas Mark 4. Put 4 ramekins in front of you.
Chop the ham and spinach finely and place in the bottom of each ramekin.
Mash the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and spoon into each ramekin.
Break egg in a bowl and carefully slide the egg into a ramekin. Repeat with other 3 eggs.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Pop into the oven for 15-18 minues or until the egg has set.
Garnish with parsley.
