Clementine, mango and banana smoothie

An elixir with a twist. This smoothie has everything you need for a healthy start.
10 ripe clementines
Frozen mango chunks
2 ripe bananas
225g low-fat peach yoghurt
Cut the clementines in half and squeeze out the juice directly into the blender. Cut the banana into chunks then add all of the rest of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
