Energy boost smoothie

This energy-packed smoothie is a great start to the day, the fibre-rich linseeds are excellent for digestion.
1 pear, peeled
1 banana, peeled
100ml soya milk
75ml yoghurt
2tsp flaxseeds
Place the peeled pear into a blender.
Cut the banana into chunks and add to the pear with the flaxseed and yoghurt.
Top the ingredients up with soya milk and then blend until smooth.
