Potatoes with pesto

These tasty pesto potatoes are perfect served with a chicken dish.

½ tbsp olive oil

500g potatoes, chopped

50g pesto

Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until tender.

Remove the water, add the oil and stir in the pesto. Cook for further 1 to 2 minutes.
