Carrot and apple smoothie
Loaded with antioxidants and beta carotene are the makings of this fabulous smoothie.
 

400ml fresh carrot juice

2 carrots grated

120ml fresh apple juice

170g plain low in fat yoghurt

1 banana

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
