2 preserved lemons, drained and cut into thin wedges
300g dried apricots
250g dried pitted dates
100g shelled cashews or peanuts
2 tsp rosewater (optional)
25g cornflour
Small bunch coriander, leaves roughly chopped
Cooked couscous or basmati rice, to serve
