I always like to try and educate as many mums as posible, especially on the subjects that matter. Hey. Any tips on how to keep fit and eat heathly after having a baby. Sometimes i find it hard between picking at foods and having a take away. I love walking and get out most days but i feel sometimes thats not enough.
